Abstract

The world of marketing is currently developing so rapidly. Many companies are competing to win the hearts of their consumers, one of which is by focusing on increasing customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is important for a company because if customers are satisfied, it is hoped that customers will buy more products offered by the marketer. Customer satisfaction is also important amidst existing competition. The company strives to maintain and increase customer satisfaction. The factors that influence customer satisfaction are important to research, so this research aims to find out what factors influence customer satisfaction at Optik.

This research was conducted using the literature study method, by searching with the keyword optical customer satisfaction and in bahasa kepuasan pelanggan di optik on Google Scholar for the period 1 January 2020 - 31 December 2023.

The research results show that factors such as product quality, price, service quality, promotion. generally used as a reference for providing good service. Good service will always be directly proportional to customer satisfaction.
